REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION

With the aim to shorten the waiting time in order to participate in our activities and to minimize contact with other people, we encourage you that as far as possible you email us the following documentation to our reception desk. If this is not possible, please bring your diving certification and medical insurance and we will hand you in the documents to hand signed them.

Personal documentation (digital or paper):

• Diving certification.
• Diving accident insurance (can be purchased at the diving centre)

Documentation:

• Paper - Information about diving during COVID - Signed
• Form - Certified divers (*)
• Form - Discover Scuba Diving (*)

(*) Please, answer each question of the medical declaration with a Y (Yes) or N (No) as appropiate.

INSTRUCTIONS:

2. If the above is not possible, please come in advance to the diving centre before your appointment with your diver certification and diving accident insurance if you have it. If you have the activity documentation bring it in aswel so the process can be speed up.
3. We kindly remind you that he COVID 19 protocols are there for your safety and thus we will attend you individually keeping the inter personal distance. Sending the documentation in advance or bring them in already filled in will help us to have your diving gear already prepared and to shorten the time to attend you.
4. Remember we have at your dispossal our COVID19 security protocol for your safety.
5. Be reminded that it is mandatory by law to wear a safety mask until further notice by the authorities.
