1. INFORMACIÓN AL USUARIO
¿Quién es el responsable del tratamiento de tus datos personales?
CENTRO ESCUELA DE BUCEO MOJACAR SL es el RESPONSABLE del tratamiento de los datos personales del USUARIO y le informa de que estos datos serán tratados de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el Reglamento (UE) 2016/679, de 27 de abril (GDPR), y la Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre (LOPDGDD).
¿Para qué tratamos tus datos personales?
Para mantener una relación comercial con el usuario. Las operaciones previstas para realizar el tratamiento son:
- Remisión de comunicaciones comerciales publicitarias por e-mail, fax, SMS, MMS, redes sociales o cualquier otro medio electrónico o físico, presente o futuro, que posibilite realizar comunicaciones comerciales. Estas comunicaciones serán realizadas por el RESPONSABLE y estarán relacionadas con sus productos y servicios, o de sus colaboradores o proveedores, con los que este haya alcanzado algún acuerdo de promoción. En este caso, los terceros nunca tendrán acceso a los datos personales.
- Realizar estudios de mercado y análisis estadísticos.
- Tramitar encargos, solicitudes, dar respuesta a las consultas o cualquier tipo de petición que sea realizada por el USUARIO a través de cualquiera de las formas de contacto que se ponen a su disposición en la página web del RESPONSABLE.
- Remitir el boletín informativo online, sobre novedades, ofertas y promociones en nuestra actividad.
¿Por qué motivo podemos tratar tus datos personales?
Porque el tratamiento está legitimado por el artículo 6 del GDPR de la siguiente forma:
- Con el consentimiento del USUARIO: remisión de comunicaciones comerciales y del boletín
informativo. - Por interés legítimo del RESPONSABLE: realizar estudios de mercado, análisis estadísticos, etc. y
tramitar encargos, solicitudes, etc. a petición del USUARIO.
¿Durante cuánto tiempo guardaremos tus datos personales?
Se conservarán durante no más tiempo del necesario para mantener el fin del tratamiento o existan prescripciones legales que dictaminen su custodia y cuando ya no sea necesario para ello, se suprimirán con medidas de seguridad adecuadas para garantizar la anonimización de los datos o la destrucción total de los mismos.
¿A quién facilitamos tus datos personales?
No está prevista ninguna comunicación de datos personales a terceros salvo, si fuese necesario para el desarrollo y ejecución de las finalidades del tratamiento, a nuestros proveedores de servicios relacionados con comunicaciones, con los cuales el RESPONSABLE tiene suscritos los contratos de confidencialidad y de encargado de tratamiento exigidos por la normativa vigente de privacidad.
¿Cuáles son tus derechos?
Los derechos que asisten al USUARIO son:
- Derecho a retirar el consentimiento en cualquier momento.
- Derecho de acceso, rectificación, portabilidad y supresión de sus datos, y de limitación u oposición a su tratamiento.
- Derecho a presentar una reclamación ante la autoridad de control (www.aepd.es) si considera que el tratamiento no se ajusta a la normativa vigente.

2. CARÁCTER OBLIGATORIO O FACULTATIVO DE LA INFORMACIÓN FACILITADA POR EL USUARIO
Los USUARIOS, mediante la marcación de las casillas correspondientes y la entrada de datos en los campos, marcados con un asterisco (*) en el formulario de contacto o presentados en formularios de descarga, aceptan expresamente y de forma libre e inequívoca, que sus datos son necesarios para atender su petición, por parte del prestador, siendo voluntaria la inclusión de datos en los campos restantes. El USUARIO garantiza que los datos personales facilitados al RESPONSABLE son veraces y se hace responsable de comunicar cualquier modificación de los mismos.
El RESPONSABLE informa de que todos los datos solicitados a través del sitio web son obligatorios, ya que son necesarios para la prestación de un servicio óptimo al USUARIO. El RESPONSABLE garantiza que ha implementado políticas técnicas y organizativas apropiadas para aplicar las medidas de seguridad que establecen el GDPR y la LOPDGDD con el fin de proteger los derechos y libertades de los USUARIOS y les ha comunicado la información adecuada para que puedan ejercerlos.

The Indalo hotel rooms have terrace with sea views, full fitted bathroom, TV, air conditioning and heating. Optional Safety box. It has bars, buffet restaurant with "show cooking" (which offers national and international food). It has an outdoor area with swimming pools (adults and children), outdoor Jacuzzi, solarium terrace, gardens and kids playground. Optional services: hairdresser salon, souvenir shop, massage, Turkish bath and sauna. 
The Best Oasis Tropical hotel is located just in front of the beach in Mojacar, next to a Golf Course and very close to the diving center. It's an ideal hotel for a beach holiday with a good weather throughout the year. The Best Oasis Tropical hotel rooms have terrace, full fitted bathroom with hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, minibar, air conditioning and heating. Optional: Safety deposit box. PLAYA HOTELS****

The Centro Escuela de Buceo Mojacar is located in next to the Mojacar highway. Leaving from Garrucha, as soon as you pass the Best Mojacar, Oasis Tropical and Marina Playa hotels, you'll cross the "RIO AGUAS" bridge, which is next to "MUEBLES AZNAR". At the end of the bridge, there is a round, from which you are able to see our installations. The address is “La Mata” street, nº1, Local 1.
The center has been created by divers and for divers, so you'll find our installations very comfortable, as they've been exclusively designed for you.
There is can find a humid area in our installations with a great terrace where you can prepare the material for the dive, rinse the equipment, have a shower… In addition to, there are soft-drinks so you can have a break meanwhile you fill in your logbook and talk with your mates.
Moreover, in case someone needs anything before the diving, we have a diving shop, to buy equipment, or complements to personalize yours.
There is a changing room and showers with warm water, where you can also leave your personal equipment until your next dive.
The CEBM has 30 rectreative diving equipments at your complete disposal, MARES and AQUALUNG brands, besides other 5 tec and 4 Sidemount diving equipments for divers from these modalities.
If there is any problem with your personal equipment, we offer technical service in our wonderful workshop. Customers can also rent cylinders or fill their own here, with air, as well as nitrox and trimix possibilities for the ones who demand it.
Furthermore, we also have photography and video equipment to offer the best range of memories from your unforgettable dives with us… And an equipped classroom to receive the best formation at any level… Yes, any level. From initiation to instructor courses!
Related to shipping, we have 2 semi-rigid boats of great power, with capacity to transport until 30 divers per dive, besides a van that help us moving all the equipments to the boarding point.

The professional staff from Centro Escuela Buceo Mojacar is managed by Pedro Navarro Madrid (PADI Course Director).
Along with him, Tony (Master Instructor), Pepe, Alberto, Patricia, Toño, Chus (all MSDT) and Jaime. Together, with their experience and professionalism will make you enjoy the diving with the highest security in the clean waters of Almería (Andalucía), one of the dive sites with the most growth from the spanish mediterranean. We will contribute to show you our precious sea but always appreciating and respecting the marine ecosystem.
With this impressing staff, as a PADI 5* Instructor training center, we can offer the best options for you as much in recreational diving as in technical diving.
ABOUT US
Pedro Navarro Madrid. (PADI Platinium Course Director - Trimix Trainer, Specialty Instructor Trainer - EFR Trainer - DSAT TEC Trainer)Ex-Diver from the militar elite (Combat Divers Special Unit, CBA). He abandoned the Army to dedicate to what he loved the most, teaching people how to dive. For this reason, he decided to set this dive school where there were not anyone yet, in Mojacar, next to the Cabo de Gata Natural Park, in 1996.He accumulates in his gills thousands of immersions under these waters, all of them with a rigorous and exhaustive security control over the uncountable groups of people who have been here diving with us.
Pedro is instructor from the best teaching organizations of diving (PADI, TDI, FEDAS, ACUC, SSI, NASE). Nowadays, he is instructor of instructors PADI, which makes of our dive center a referent talking about dive training at any level, from initiation to instructor.
Tony Navarro Madrid. (PADI Master Instructor, IDC STAFF Instructor, DSAT TEC DEEP Instructor, Master Scuba Diver Trainer- Specialty Instructor - EFR Instructor),He graduated in Geologic Sciences with the specialty of hidrogeology and also in informatic engineering. Tony loves doing underwater photography and videography. He works training divers from all levels, as much in recreational as in technical diving. He also guides experimented divers and does supervision of groups of divers.
Besides, he is in charge of the managing software development for the diving centers “GESTISUB” and also of the web pages of the center, the online dive shop "www.tiendabuceo.net". As Pedro, Tony also accumulates thousands of immersions under these waters… He is the second aboard this 5* PADI IDC.
Juan Carlos Tietz. (PADI DiveMaster) Our experienced german Dive master, with over thousand dives. Assists the divers instruction all levels, such as underwater activities supervision. Additionally, he is the perfect immersion guide. "JC" is the manager for the british and german market in Mojacar and is also in charge of the diving material maintenance workshop. 
Jaime Álvaro Moreno. (PADI Specialty Instructor and EFR Instructor) He is our webmaster and tech. Currently, he is in charge of the center web pages, and so as of the online shop. He works training divers from all levels in FunnyDive Madrid diving center and here in Mojacar, also collaborates in the immersions.
